•   Shop your desire of cut and reserve your meat with a payment on our products page.

•   You will be notified of the harvest date and pickup date.

•   When your order is ready the primary pickup is from the butcher.

 

When you complete your order, you will see a confirmation message on our website. If you do not see that confirmation, then your order has not been received. You will also receive a confirmation email upon completing your order. If you don't get it, please be sure to check your spam folder. 

When you place a meat order, it is for an "average" size of that cut or bundle.  The actual weights will be finalized and totaled for you before your pickup.   

 

FAQ

How much freezer space is needed for a bulk order?

When it comes to freezer space needed, plan on around 4-6 cubic feet of freezer space per quarter of beef. 

 

How safe and private is the ordering process?
The information you provide to us when ordering is completely private. We don't share it with anyone. If you order by credit card, we never see or store your credit card information. It is ported directly to our secure credit card processor. When your order is finalized, your credit card information is deleted.
