Located in the Central Eastern Oklahoma Ozark mountains, we are surrounded by rugged beauty. The Abbey Beef for sale at this time is from Clear Creek Abbey, a home to monks who run their own farm with gardens, milk cows, chickens, geese, ducks, sheep, and cattle. They are working to conserve the land and in so doing are making a prime environment that sustains nutrient rich food. The meat cattle are one half South Pole which is a breed that suits its surroundings, being more dense and drought tolerant and perfect for grass grazing, and in keeping these steers are grass fed and grass finished.
