This ground beef is Cutter grade from healthy cows at prime weight of 1100-1200 lbs., who are on average 7 years old. They are grass fed and grass finished Red Angus. Unlike grain fed cows, these grass fed and finished animals stay lean and tender. Since there is a potential that we will sell these later as smaller bundles, this ground beef has been state inspected.
